Our Salon Policy
We understand life, commitments, unexpected things crop up in life and sometimes things do have to cancel, we have never had a policy in place but we see one should be implemented.
Please allow a 48 hour notice period for any changes or cancellations to your appointments.
If this isn’t given you will be charged a 50% fee of your service cost.
NO SHOWS -Will be charged 100% of the service.
You will not be able to rebook unless the fees are paid and all future appointments will unfortunately be forfeited .
